Working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle has helped me in so many ways. Having struggled mentally in the past, fitness became a way for me to be more confident as a person and has lead me to wanting to help others. I want my clients to feel like I am there with them every step of the way, on their journey to be a better version of themselves.

“I don’t want to make this too popular as there won’t be space for me, but i have to say Clare’s Disco HIIT is just brilliant. Each exercise is carefully thought out and always doable whatever your fitness level, with a balanced variety of cardio and strength exercises that provide plenty of wincing! Not only does Clare completely put you all at ease, she also joins in. Just the tonic on a Tuesday evening, leaves you feeling great all week.
