General Info

Before any training session or programming, I conduct an assessment of each client. This will include a questionnaire, so that I can get to know you better, a range of physical tests, to see where you are currently at, and any body composition measurements that are required to help track your progress. Because of this, your programme is designed just for you and your body, this means that having personal training sessions is suitable for absolutely anyone of any age or ability. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve your performance, someone recovering from a long term injury, someone that has never used a gym before or someone that would just like to get stronger and improve their health.

If you’re looking to improve your health and fitness alongside a friend, partner or family member then this could be the perfect option for you. Working together to reach your fitness goals gives you added support and motivation. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength or develop your knowledge, sessions can be tailored to your individual and shared needs.

Group training

This session is perfect for a group of friends that want to begin using the gym but don’t know where to start. Training alongside each other will make your introduction to the gym a more pleasant experience. These sessions will include a variety of training methods and will focus around providing you with the knowledge and the skills you need to progress in your fitness journey.

GROUP Pt CIRCUIT SESSIONS

Group sessions are a more affordable way of having face to face Personal Training. Each month I change the circuit to different exercises so you are able to develop the techniques of a variety of different exercises which you could then use in your own training. Each circuit consists of 10 stations and only 5 people per session. Sessions run every Saturday at 9am and every Thursday at 7:15pm, on a first come first served basis. If you have a prexisting injury, I can make the necessary changes to any exercise. Each station has a laminated card with the name and number of the exercise and a photo demonstration so you will never feel confused. Each circuit consists of free weight, body weight and cardio exercises.

DISCO HIIT

  • Every Tuesday 7:15-8:15pm

  • 5 people maximum per session

  • Suitable for all abilities

  • A mixture of cardio and strength exercises

Make the darker nights less miserable and join us in a fun and upbeat environment, whilst we dance and train under the disco lights!
